This 1907 Edwardian home received a carefully designed and constructed addition in 2003.

On top of the challenges of a heritage home on a unique site with a tight deadline, Solution Renovations needed to build while the artist/owner lived and worked in the home. Not an easy task for a job requiring the removal of the roof.

The solution was a complete tenting of the home with exterior access stairs added directly to the fourth floor addition.
